Our Terms & Conditions
To book a tour, please use our online booking form or you can call us on the numbers given at Contact page.
The following details are required for booking with us:
Your Full Name
Contact number including country code
Number of Adults and Children for the Tour.
Hotel/apartment & room number
Date you wish to book for
When a booking request is completed and sent. Within 24 hours you will receive an email with a link to finalize your booking with payment and obtain an electronic voucher, which you can use for your tour or car hire.
In the same email you will receive other relevant information if required.
Payment & Confirmation
Full payment is required to secure your booking and is payable via PayPal or via credit card system. Once payment is made a confirmation email with an electronic voucher will be sent along with your approximate pick up time and any joining guidelines.
When to book?
It is wise to make your booking at least three days in advance to make sure there is availability.
Health & Safety
The safety of our clients is our number one priority. All our vehicles are equipped according to Cyprus Transport law and regulation. All vehicles are regularly checked and maintained to the highest standards.
If you have any health issues, back problems or are pregnant please advise the driver at the beginning of your trip.
COVID-19 alert – We would like to reassure you that all health and safety measures as per Republic of Cyprus are in use. Our vehicles, boats and cars are sanitized before and after each use. Vehicles and boats offer antiseptic gel throughout the duration of the tour. Mandatory masks are required for inside the vehicles and enclosed areas visited. It is your responsibility to provide a mask.
Pick up & drop off delays
Sunlook Tours is not responsible for unforeseen accidental delays on pick up, drop off or duration of tour.
Injuries
Sunlook Tours will not be held liable for any injury. Participants are responsible for their own actions during the tour and must follow the safety instructions.
Loss or Damages
Sunlook Tours will not be held liable for loss or damage of any personal belongings brought with you on tour. e.g., coats, bags, cameras, souvenirs etc. Do not leave any valuables unattended in the vehicle or boat at any time.
Itineraries
Itineraries operate subject to weather conditions. Sunlook Tours reserves the right to alter arrangements or cancel the operation of a scheduled tour should conditions necessitate without prior notice. The time spent in each stop and return times are approximate estimates and could also change without prior notice. It also reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of any tour at any time, in which case an equitable amount will be refunded.
Food, refreshments and purchases
The tours provider has carefully selected the restaurants and refreshment suppliers for each tour to be able to cater for a variety of options and dietary requirements. Sunlook Tours will not be held liable for any issues arising from any food or refreshments purchased throughout the tour.
Any food allergies or dietary requirements should be communicated with guide/driver to be able to assist with selections.
Some tours have free samples or tastings; this does not oblige you to make a purchase, only at your free will.
Religious Grounds
Please respect religious sites by covering legs and arms prior to entering.
Contracted Work
The company reserves the right to employ subcontractors for all or part of the services.
Cancellations
Cancellation fees will apply if cancellation is less than 24 hours notification.
